I saw that, and it's close to me too. Says no test ride due to flat tyre tho... You'd think it'd be worth shoving an inner tube in it so it could be tried tho?!

If I read the description correctly is that a home made battery? The whole thing looks to me like an accident waiting to happen so maybe not the best thing to buy.
