Starting to look for Kudos Roadshow venues 'up north'

The councils are starting to provide cycling circuits.
I have noticed new cycling circuits at the following locations-
Tameside Cycling Track,near Manchester
Middlesbrough Cycling Circuit.
Does anybody have any knowledge of these circuits,are they suitable for test venues for ebikes?
Any comments negative or positive most welcome?
