I have just purchased the ST G4 and for the life of me don't get it ?? Do you have to wear them in (Elastomers) it is doing nothing ? i have a brooks saddle. Is there something i need to adjust to make more bouncy ? i have purchased all the sizes of the elastomers.

The elastomer doesn't act like a shock absorber up and down but with a gentle front to back movement ( parallelogram action). If the elastomer is correct for your weight one won't even hardly notice it doing it's job of absorbing road shock.
