Suspicious Haibike on eBay?

Haibike on eBay with no battery or charger, sounds suspiciously like it might be stolen?

From the description the seller sounds a bit clueless.

Please note it does not come with charger or battery.
The frame size is 19 inch I believe.

This Bike is a german built hybrid electric bike, it as full suspension with various different modes for different terrain, it really is a precise piece of equipment and is a real pleasure to ride. possible swop for 125 motorbike like Aprilia rs 125 or WHY?
It retails at £2684.83 before shipping and customs and excise charges (tax) from Germany and cannot be bought from a dealer in the UK

I just asked the following questions:

Do you have proof of ownership?
Where can you buy the battery for £200?
Basically, can you prove it is not stolen?
BTW there is no import duty or additional VAT on goods bought from within the EU.

This was the reply:

"It was checked by Lancashire Constabulary recently and verified NOT stolen. Also I am not a criminal so would not deal in stolen goods.
It is my son's bike of which he swopped for a motorcycle and he said that the battery replacement is £200."
