The clutch has a lug which is lose and not fixed as I thought it might be. Here are some photos incase it helps others who need to change thier clutches. It has a snap ring around the axle. I kept giving it love taps till it came off. Im not sure if there's meant to be an alternative way to remove?

Its cool now because you have a spare motor to tinker with, I have watched a few videos of them taking them to bits however I dare not tinker as I am a firm believer in "if it's not broke don't try n fix it!

I think if anything, my bearing will need replacing next. 6500 miles and counting!

Well I could either get an sensorless controller or see about replacing the hall sensors. However the speed sensor is also dead, so all four sensors died in my old one. The speed one died a year ago.

They're two different bearings. One is 12mm I/D (6001), the other is 15mm (6902). You can clearly see the difference in I/D in the photos.
Apologies, the other photo is the bearing in the side plate. I can't edit my post now.

I got fed up with some talking points and hijacked threads. I did another thread with my current build search MXUS front; if you can't find it I can link when I get back to the laptop. I have some updated pictures to add. Basically I completed my orig idea from way back in 2016 when I was poor now a tad better off & wiser I managed to build my dream bike and I love it.

This thread was setup to swap temp pics as the private message system back then was not good for pics, it might work better now. I was selling him a new motor internal and a temp thread was easier to swap pics.

You're replying to an AI bot that has the A but not the I.

Ooh thanks for the heads up; I have to ask why is this, what the purpose?
You beat the aye-aye playing chess in 1994 and it bears a grudge?

My theory is some scummy so called "AI" merchant is littering old threads with seemingly harmless looking posts, with a view to progressing towards attaining Esteemed Pedelecer status, to delay or prevent deletion of it's later more disgusting spam link laden posts.

I re-read, it was vague, with no nuance and the word "setups" instead of rig or bike. It was late afternoon & a bad day, the odd fact that I checked their membership time & location after I posted. Fool me once...

Watched the Aye-aye I did not know, it's crazy what we don't know.
