It's a "value" e-bike for the working rank and file :D Looks like it has a pretty compact folding size too.

The bike has been built down to a price, and they have done a very good job

However .. for a little more dosh, a bike with higher quality components can easily be found (but then we all knew that .. lol)

Indeed, Tesco are the experts at cost cutting. The labels may fall off their beans, but they're good beans. Let's hope the wheels don't fall off the bikes!

It's funny but, some people are paying about that cost of that bike for a kit! Buy the kit from Tesco and get a free bike heh.

that seatpost battery set up is pretty generic and have seen someone considering something similar on here recently. Kudos, Alien, juicy and others all use something similar.

They also go under the name of Viking Eco or Ego or something. They had them on Bid.tv the other night for £429 + £10 shipping and gave the chance of three easy payments interest free. They look OK to me. I've seen a few e-bikes turn up on these TV selling channels recently.

Remember that ninety percent of those customers have very little knowledge about an electric bike.
