thumb throttle only working to ~50%

My thumb throttle has developed a fault and is no longer giving full power - I checked with a twist grip and the system is ok otherwise.
Does anyone have a spare 36v thumb throttle so that I don't have to wait an age to order one from china?

The high throttle magnet has probably been dislodged. If you can figure out how to open it, you can probably glue it back where it's supposed to be. The bare thumb throttles are easy to open. The ones with the red button are a bit more difficult.
