It's on ebay, but I'm open to sensible offers. Especially if you're able to collect.

A RARE opportunity to buy a fully professionally upgraded kit with very little use! This kit reaches and sustains 900w, with all the required upgrades done to support this.
Kit was professionally upgraded and installed on a hybrid bike for commuting by a bike shop specialising in custom ebikes. The pandemic hit after just one week of usage...

The heat mods are needed if wanting to max out the wattage or use higher watts.

If you are really maxing it out probably wise.
Although it’s capable at lower amps too. Depends on how you’re using it.
I set this one up to be capable of high watts, but it was too much. Far too fast.

Cheers anyhoo

I noticed a lot of modifications had been done to this, do the Tong Sheng Tzds really need all that done to get em shipshape?
I've run my TSDZ2 36v 250w for nigh on 3,000Km since installation just before Christmas without ANY motor problems (well, the cranks did come loose but that was before I tightened them to the 40nm torque using a torque wrench).

On the otherhand, for a 300LB gorilla wanting to run the motor at 750w/52v up and down mountan sides, then expect some mechanical problems.

However, if like me you just pottle around a bit (100Km a week ish) and don't stand on the pedals (much!) or do jumps over trees/logs/ditches, I reckon everything will be fine.

That was just me being greedy as the LBS was arranging it all :)
Might I ask which shop you got yours from and how much it cost for the modifications to make it reliable at 48v?

I'd like to pick one up to convert a second bike but using my already existing bunch of 48v batteries so I can have family members join me out and about E-biking
