hi all
been running my TSDZ2 converted dahon folder for 2 years now, 2000 miles commuting, all very reliable. I've serviced and/or changed all the usual wear and tear parts on the bike but not the e-parts. best mid-life upgrade I did on the bike was to go to a narrow-wide chain ring, eliminated chain drops due to the rubbish chainline that the TSD causes, still thinking about changing the gearing to a hub to get my low ratios back (the inner 3 cogs are still unusable).

however never taken the cover off the motor. wondering if it might be time to do so and do some checks, apply appropriate viscous substances.

anyone on here got a best practice "check this bit, grease this bit" guide for the motor?
