I noticed on my video that that meter isn't displaying amps or watts as it flicks through.
anyone got any ideas why this might be.
Could it be the BMS preventing the info from being displayed

Sure it is, Wp is peak watts, Wh is Watt / hours used, Ap is peak amps......

Sorry what i meant is the Amp figure and the W figure. I assumed these would show what the charge was in the battery, but they are zero in both cases.
**edit** i realised now that there needs to be something happening for those figures to have anything in them, thats why they are blank.

Yep, the Turnigy is a combined volt and amp meter, all it can do is measure what passes through it over time.
