Tyre choice

Currently running Smart Sam tyres at 29 x 2.6 on my Cube reaction race hybrid Want to swap to a more road orientated tyre, can I fit a Big Apple at 29 x 2.25 on the rims which are EX30 Alex Rims

Went with the 2.35 tyre, but Fawkes cycles had said that I could go to 2" on the 30mm rims.

They will sit nice on a 30mm rim
