UK folding ebike courier difficulties

Hi

I'm looking to purchase a RAD mini 4. As it says on their website, delivery from Europe to the UK will take from 4-6 weeks due to Brexit, import tariffs, and as I learned through contacting RAD directly, documentation regarding the declaration of a lithium-ion battery, considered a dangerous item for shipping.

After contacting SendBikes about this (who RAD recommended), they said none of their couriers now ship folding ebikes, due to battery position and current laws.

I'm a bit stuck as to what to do, any thoughts, opinions or advice would be much appreciated.
