Just starting out second of four days at the show. I must say the test track is one of the best of any show I have exhibited at. The track has a straight 200 metres long, all of it is indoors.
Those offering test bikes include A2B,Ansmaan,Momentum,Gocycle,Wheelezee,Moustache,Kudos. The London Electric Bike Company also has static displays of KTM and Haibike, including the new Kudos 29er.
The rest of the show has a very good selection of bike wheel, tyre and accessory suppliers.
Saturday and Sunday have bike racing including the amazing penny farthing racing.
I approached this show with a low expectancy level,it is a much better show than I anticipated, despite the awful weather and floods it is well attended.

Thanks for the update. We ummmed and errrred about attending but just couldn't do it logistically. Glad it is going well - any publicity and exposure for e-bikes is a great thing. Fight the good fight, Mr Kudos and many thanks to all bike exhibitors for flying the flag ! Might come up on Sunday for a quick look - any free tickets going ?!

Thanks to all forum members who came to the LondonElectricBikeCompany stand at London excel. Clockwise came and said hello,I thank him for that.
What was different to any previous shows was that many people came to the show with already a knowledge of e-bikes.

I should explain

To explain..otherwise you will get me into trouble clockwise...what clockwise means is that he hopes that he didn't ruin my chances of selling a nice bike to the lady who was making enquiries about a commuter bike to ride to work.

We believe you Dave.

Trex, from our point of view it was the best cycle show I had exhibited at...the test track was almost the length of the hall, maybe 200 metres long, very good for an indoor track.
The London Electric Bike Company had a good position, some customers thought that we were the only e-bike supplier there, not true but some of the others were difficult to find.
We had a limited number of bikes on display but enough to discuss all types. On the test track we had 8 more bikes....the Kudos Arriba,Escape 29er and Secret folder were almost permanently on test.
The organisers were keen to offer serious competition to the NEC cycle show and very helpful to us.
My only regret was that I didn't have our new Tempo bike,a 24" wheeled small step thru for shorter people,I had a lot of interest from smaller ladies that bike would have been perfect for...theTempo arrives on Wednesday this week.
I walked the show and found a lot of interesting products...Batribike were on a stand exhibiting Datatag...a system of tagging bikes to deter thieves.
I found nobody who did not think the show good value...the only critism seemed to be that the bike show and motorcycle show were separate for entry costs which made visiting both shows expensive.
Hope that helps

thanks for the report.
I didn't go because there seemed to be nothing new.
