Throttle usuallyrequires 3 wires and the controller says it is compatible so looks like the white block with R/Blk/Y may be your candidate if there is nothing else. Signal is usually the middle or a colour other then R or Blk, though in this case the Y may be Gnd and Black the signal. You will know which one is Gnd by getting a voltage reading with the Red making the other one signal.
Its unclear but is there R/W/Blk connector I see ?

It's a programming lead. You connect it to a computer to change various parameters in the controller.

The data cable might be your answer to get the your bike working with a throttle, the programming may be disabling it.
Your issue will be to have a usb cable to connect to your controllers data cable.
Other wise a new controller with lcd or led will be the other option.

You can add to the controller with any of the options you require delivery is usually very prompt 4- 8 days.
Alternatively on the lhs select the Sinewave controllers if you have a sensored hub.

So the thumb throttle came and it has 6 wires, I wanted to swap the power button that came with the bike for the thumb throttle that has a on off button and battery life display, and that's when I came stuck as the power unit on the bike has 4 wires 2 sets of 2 and I need 3 of the thumb throttle wires for the throttle only leaving 3 and as I'm not a great tec guy I went the easy root I just connected the throttle 3 wires that were the same colours red black and white then I taped up the other 3 and all is well the only problem I foresee will be that the peddle assist may still kick in if I peddle and so I may need to unplug the peddle sensor so I can have the power on when just peddling and the throttle will work when I want and I can see the battery life when out and about , what I did find was if I unplugged either of the set of 2 power plugs the on bike power display dint work , that why I took the root I did hope this helps other people with my bike that want a throttle I'll post when I get to take the bike out but it's raining so may be a while all the best

It would be much easier to show pictures of what you have and then say what you want to do. I can't understand your post above, especially because there's no paragraphs.

IIUC, you have an LED control panel that you want to chuck, and then use the throttle LEDs to show battery voltage and switch on the bike. That can be done, but you only get level 1 pedal assist.

When I've took the bike out I'll post the pics on what I've done the main reason for not throwing the original power display is the connections on them to the controller are small black ones I don't want to disturb,

Say in simple sentences what you want to do/achieve. I can't figure out what you want.
