The cells likely as you suspect are China branded and may well be quite decent, you will have to keep us updated with their performance.
They may well last as well as some branded ones of similar spec, my 36v 13ah Sam 26F lost about 25/30% capacity after 2 years.

I though LG were HE not 29e, never mind I knew what you meant - LG are really good spec for ebike batteries compared with 29e...

My 3 year old 36V 29e charge at 41.5v full but my use has only been 15 amp 540w max so I suppose they are still good for their age.
