HI, Just a warning on spokes. I have a powerbyke x-6 mk2. Its a really good bike for the money. However I have done 150 miles so far and the spokes on the rear wheel worked loose . Being a complete duffer on bikes I forgot and was not aware you need to check the bike often. This would apply to any bike. I could'nt figure out why I could not adjust the rear brake until I notised the wheel was not true. Now I know no commited enthusiast would make that mistake but as I said-little experience! The bike was due a free service so got it sorted at the dealers "phill prothero" in leominster.
My point is check your bike often-had the wheel buckled at speed it may have turned out different! I now carry a spoke key!: I'm learning all the time!

It's often the case that a newly built wheel might need a few spokes tightening after a few miles but after that little adjustment should be required.

No harm in checking regularly though!
