The Giant Lafree Lite is the same thing. In Britain the Lite model meant the lowest price one with the Nexus 3 speed hub, but in the USA the Lafree name was dropped and theirs were called Giant Lite.

Check with UK Giant bike dealers though, since they should be able to order one for you. Last I heard recently was that Giant UK did have them available:

Giant dealer website directory

Enter your postcode and check the "Hybrid" box (e-bikes).

The Lafree chain is a 1/8th inch, which is 3.175 mm, so I think you'll find the sprocket ok, the 0.025 possibly measurement error? That 2.5 mm is a derailleur chain width which the Liv might use despite it's hub gear since Shimano hub gear sprockets are made in both widths. The Panasonic/Lafree chainwheel cannot accept a derailleur chain, though Panasonic do make a derailleur version of the motor unit for some bikes.

These A to B ones were made from a brand new unused original sprocket and motor output shaft that I supplied them with, so they should be accurate.

No problem Subevo, fitting 3/16" derailleur sprockets and chain on a hub gear bike like the Liv can cause confusion, and it always seems a silly thing to do when 1/8" chain and sprockets are no dearer and last much longer.
