Looking to buy another battery for my bikes. Currently using Ping Lifepo4 36v 20ah and really impressed with the build quality and performance. Had two of them for three years and still going strong.
I need to have another battery so that we can go away and not worry about regular charging, but what do I buy.

I have looked at Ping again but it is a heavy old battery and would like something a bit lighter. What about BMS Battery are they any good? (2.5kg lighter)

Is Lifepo4 better than Li-ion or does it matter that much. Bikes are used purely for leisure. Any advice would be much appreciated.

the one by bmsbattery looks very good. I'd be sorely tempted to hit the buy button. However, have you got the case for it?

No I don't have a case for it but would this one do?

Along with this battery pack?

I usually have the ping battery in a shoe bag in the panniers without a case.

it's probably easiest to use a triangle bag. The 07 case size is: 85mm X 153mm X 370mm. Your 36V 20AH pack size: 100mm X 135mm X 270mm. Wrong shape.
