Too many reports of problems with the Impulse motor on the Kalkhoff, so the Raleigh with its Bosch motor would be the safer bet.

The Captus has the 8ah battery, a bit limiting for range, so the Motus with the 11ah battery would be better still.

Thanks. The Motus is beyond my budget. Any others in that price range you would recommend for city Hill climbing, pulling a kids trailer? Thank you!
