Can Anyone Recommend A Good Grease For The Internal Gearings Of Hub Motor? I Tried Using Lithium Based Cycle Grease But Just Gets Flicked Off The Gearings (to Thin)

I just put standard grease with teflon in but I never opened it up again to see if it stuck. I didn't think nylon gears needed much lubrication.

A high temperature grease is best and you may spot one labelled that way in Halfords motoring side. Only a thin smear is needed, the gears will squeeze out excess anyway.

I was also told that silicon grease is the one to use for nylon gears as normal grease can damage or swell the nylon.
A while back I spoke to Andy from On-bike ref re-greasing the ezee hub and he looked into it for me and said to use silicon grease and that it was best not to re-grease as nylon didn't need it unless there was a problem.
