Tbh with no working battery it is in the spares and repairs class, so value is low.

Couple of hundred possibly, As Nealh said above it would be classed as spares or repairs unless you can show it working

I think about £300 would be more like it. Maybe try £350 first. A battery would be about £300, and the bike would be worth about £700 if fully working. Somebody is going to get a bargain if it's only the fuse that's blown..

At four years old unless the battery has been left to drain then the fuse at both ends is an easy check to make, if the Op hasn't had the battery checked out or doesn't want to know then an interested party would for sure want a bargain as a non runner.

I’ve been looking for a bike for my sister and I’ve recently seen a couple of full working 705’s on eBay sell for between £530 and £646, another with a high reserve didn’t sell.

They were too far away from me so I didn’t bid on them.
may I ask where in the country you are, if you’re not asking to much and you’re not too far away I may take a chance ;)

This might be the sort of battery that could replace the one that does not work. Obviously check your fittings and style of battery match. I bought one for an old Oxygen Emate City which has a silver fish battery that fits behind the seat and have found it to be good and still working after 3 years use.

Give it a test ride to check it all works and sell in the classified section with some good pictures as a low mileage bike from a well regarded company with a new battery and charger.

Just in case you don't know, a Wisper Torque is more expensive than a SE

Its a shame but at this point for me the value of the bike is academic,
a round trip of close to 300 mile for a bike that doesn’t work is not for me (especially when we’re not allowed to make unnecessary journeys)

There appears to be no 375wh batteries available from Wisper at the moment according to another post on the site, So getting the old one re-celled might be the option.

End of the day any generic type battery can be used to power the bike to see if it works, it only needs a simple two wire connection.
