So The 705SE will have a choice of 8 or 14 amp battery?

or is the 705eco the 8 amp and SE the 14 Amp?

There is no longer an eco 705 just a 705se with a choice of batteries, either an 8 or 14Amp both 37v.

The batteries on the 705 can be swapped with the batteries on the 2009 905se and eco. However an 8 Amp battery has a different fixing to a 14 Amp battery and although can easily be changed from bike to bike you need to change the fitting too.

Confused? You will be!

I had decied on going with the 2009 and se sport and through
ETS (Eddie came across quite well) had my card in my hand today ready to buy and found whisper 2009 has gone up a fair whack things are a a bit harder to justify for a few hunderd more squid.

that sounds like a good idea but they cant change the web price as the web guy is on honey moon just now and would still have to charge the £1400

in one of the other thread it is being sugested that a Synergie Mistral was being hobbeld by "the hub gears hold back the speed to around 25mph"

is this the same with the wisper ?

Certainly not! There's a good freewheel built into the motor, and I can vouch for the fact that it certainly won't stop you pedalling and/or coasting downhill at considerably more than that.

Agreed, I've not noticed any resistance and can pedal it over 25mph on the flat with 40+ downhill.
