I've just purchased a second hand wisper 905SE (older style) that had been sitting in the shed for quite some time. I've charged the 36V battery and all seems ok. Turning the key, i get a full charge indication on the LED's.
Issue is, on the road, the motor cuts out every few seconds. It's a 129SWX36, 250W motor. I am having to turn the throttle 3/4 for the motor to start. It struggles uphill in peddle assist, downhill the motor seems to be ok?
About 10/15min of usage, the power LEDS start going eratic, like a volume meter.
Before i go stripping stuff down etc, could i kindly ask the checks i should do to eliminate anything obvious. I have a multimeter and other bits if needed!
