About a week ago took my Wisper City 905 se for a ride having charged the battery. I checked the battery button and had 5 lights. When I first switched on the power the handlebar power indicator flashed on momentarily then went off. No power at all. I continued my ride as the terrain was relatively flat and when I got home charged the battery again. I had a 'full charge' green light almost immediately but it died aas soon as I put it back on the bike.
Off to my local dealer, Geoff of Full Charge Ahead, Cardiff who diagnosed a faulty battery. The bike/battery was new in October 2010 and the battery guaranteed for 2 years.
He contacted Wisper and a new battery arrived within 2 days. Everything now hunky dory - my thanks to Full Charge Ahead and Wisper for an excellent service.

Hi

This Market is all about support support support

The electric bike is used in a very Aggressive conditions road salt ,pot holes, speed bumps and steep hills so by the time it has been rattled to bits covered in corrosive road salts by our crappy road conditions it will FAIL eventually no mater how good it is made so support and availability off spare parts is KEY to long life off your
E bike

as usual well done David at wisper
