Wisper charger port faulty?

I had a problem last year when the charger port on the battery became loose and my charger was going straight to green. I opened the battery up and tightened the retaining nut up (and blew the charger fuse but then replaced it). Everything was then ok. But I've had the same thing happen again but tightening it up and checking the fuse hasn't solved the problem. Sometimes I get no yellow/green light at all. Perhaps the port or plug is just worn out?

Any suggestions?

I waited for a response from Wisper but unfortunately your colleague never contacted me.

I have since sorted the problem out myself.

Hi Andy, I am sorry that you had communication problems. There were one or two glitches during the move, however I am pleased to say that the new FreeGo Wisper in house service department is now up and running.

I am pleased however to read that you have now sorted the problems.

All the best,

David

David,

When a business fails to answer the phone for several days it is more than 'a glitch'. And the 'communication problems' were yours, not mine.

Hi Andy, maybe the term "glitch" was incorrect, believe me, I was not at all happy to read that you had not been looked after. It is not the way we do business.

I was not suggesting for a moment that the communication problem was your's, I take full responsibility.

Please accept my apologies for the problems.

All the best,

David
