Woods v Schrader valves

Can I change the inner tubes on my Agattu i8 from Woods to Schrader valves?

What are the pros and cons.

With Schrader I can see the tyre pressure as I inflate the tube, can you do this with a Woods valve?

Can you not just buy a converter off ebay,should only be a quid.

Yes, you can swap straight over to Schrader, the valve hole is exactly the same size.

I have a convertor and will change to tubes when these are worn out. It doesn't seem easy to see the tyre pressure with the Woods valves. I have a compressor and gauge and it very easy with Schrader vales to see the gauge & tyre pressure.
