Had a few problems with a almost new Sport CD i purchased 12 months ago, and must say I have nothing but praise for Woosh after sales, especially Andrew Hall, who has been more than helpful, both in loaning me a tool to re fix the electric motor which worked lose, and now helping hopefully to resolve a battery problem, by loaning me a brand new battery. His technical knowledge on the bikes is second to none, explaining every procedure in easy to understand language in detail for us non - techies. I can cope with the mechanical bits fairly well, but not the electrical side and he has been excellent with his help. Hoping the battery problem will be resolved with new parts to be fitted next week, and i can then get out and use the bike a bit more. So a big thank you to Woosh, nice to see your customer service is second to none.
