If you don't fancy cutting/soldering the connectors you will need this battery cable:

The Yose / Linshui branded controller has julet/waterproof connectors - even for the battery connector.

The Yose kit I bought from Ebay already came with the battery cable included, but most of Yose kits on their own UK site and on Ebay and Amazon do not come with it.

Edit:

Just seen it's a 48v battery.
Yose's controller is only rated for 36v.

You will need a new controller/display pairing. KT branded ones, rated for 48v.

Probably new 4-to-cables too, since I don't think the Yose ones are fully compatible with KT controllers.

A battery is just two wires. You can use any battery you want that has the right voltage and can provide enough power. Whatever current the controller gives, you should choose a battery that's able to give a minimum of 5A more.

In your case the controller gives 18A and the battery gives either 20A or 30A, depending on which one you get. 20A is a bit tight, but would probably be OK. You need to check which one gives 30A.
