Although Ebay have ceased their listings they continue to take money from their website, I think you need to report them to 'Action Fraud' as clearly they dont have the goods they purport to have in stock, each day that passes more innocent customers are being put into a negative situation, their payment gateways need to be aware of this as they will be the ones who have to compensate.

What parts are you missing, ?? if your deadline for a paypal refund is tomorrow you need to decide if the price of the missing parts /lost warranty is cheaper than the return cost, but Panda may not accept the return parcel in anycase if do you opt for the return. Paypal are usually excellent and tend to favour the customer rather than the supplier they will freeze the money and return it to you on proof of delivery.

I bought a 500 watt kit from them and I would rate it as the best item I have ever bought off eBay : the kit was complete with everything I needed to fit onto my bike including the crank puller, the video instructions were invaluable and the advice and help given was 100% I get 25 miles plus out of the battery with a great turn of speed, I now find myself using the bike when previously I would have used the car. My friends have all tried it and one by one I notice their bikes are now sporting these kits- all say it arrived within 24 hours and comment on friendly and informed service. As a bit of a winter project I intend to buy another kit to fit to my wife's rather dated bike as she now feels inclined to join in the fun.
