Benelli city link spory
The most I've done is 15 miles with 2 or 3 of what I consider quite steep hills, and there was still 3 of the 5 bars showing. This was after I'd built up my stamina over a while and was using less assistance and more me. It was also in warm conditions which I imagine would improve battery efficiency. Possibly someone will put me right on this? I've also (once) ridden 10miles with all 5 bars still showing I've just looked at my battery which is labeled 37V 8AH, however I've seen it advertised as being 6.6AH so make of that what you will!

Benelli city link spory
I've had a Benelli City link Sport for 18 months and it has no problems with the steep hills near where I live. I hadn't ridden a bike for at least 45 years before buying this so am not a fit, experienced cyclist. I bought this bike because there is a dealer near me where i could try it out, I'm short and this was stable and comfortable to ride with confidence and the price seemed reasonable. I know next to nothing about bikes but have found this to be an excellent buy and have had no problems with it.

Ebike for wife 5 foot tall
Hi, I've got a Benelli City Link Sport. Not sat on a bike for 45 years and love it! I'm 5'6ins with short legs and this bike is the ideal size for me. It's got 20" wheels and is good for light trails etc. They're going for just under £1000 now. Maybe worth a look?

Benelli City Link Sport may appeal to you son. I've had mine 8 months and am very pleased with it. I'm 60, so other end of the age spectrum! http://www.benelliebikes.co.uk/benelli-model-details/City+Link+Sport+2016/- Hi, another which bike question...sorry
I don't know enough about these things to say but am happy to take some pics for you. In the meantime I've (hopefully) uploaded the User Manual /Specs for the bike which you may find of use or even answer your question. USER MANUAL - City Link Sport.pdf- Hi, another which bike question...sorry
Paul, I've had the bike for about 8 months now and can't find fault with it. Before I bought it I thought a bike with a throttle would be best but since owning my Benelli I see I was wrong and that the peddle assist is more than enough. I have a regular 12 mile route with some quite steep hills which the bike handles very well and I've now cut down the amount of assist provided by the bike by quite a lot showing my fitness level has increased quite a bit. I hope this helps and if you have any others questions please don't hesitate to ask. Phil- Hi, another which bike question...sorry

You may like to consider a Benelli City Link Sport (link below). I'm 60, 5'6" and not sat on a bike for at least 45 years. I've had it 6 months and think it's brilliant. I know nothing about bikes but at £900 thought it worth a punt and have not been disappointed so far. http://www.benelliebikes.co.uk/benelli-model-details/City+Link+Sport+2016/ - Electric bikes for 14 year old boy
