Thank you - The Agutta Premium i360 Harmony is a heavy bike that is extremely hard work. IMHO the Nuvinci Harmony Transmission does not work well and although you can climb hills it takes an awful lot of effort. The climb assist is very poor. In comparison, the cheaper Agutta 7, or Tasman 8, tackle the hills effortlessly. Do not believe all the hype on the automatic transmission - it is not an enjoyable experience.

This might not be the right place to post but why am I unable to place a negative review on the 50cycles website? They all get blocked. All the positive reviews, imho, give a very misleading and bias slant on their products.

Purchased the premium i360 harmony with the Nuvinci Harmony Transmission. Terrible. Do not believe all the hype. Although you can climb hills it takes an awful lot of effort and the enjoyable electric bike experience is lost. Go for the geared bikes - there is no comparison. The after sales service is very poor. It took over 14 weeks to get a definitive answer to a straight forward question and the problem has not been resolved. If you do not live near a retail outlet it is very inconvenient trying to return the cycle and although the staff are helpful and sympathetic I felt the management were only covering ' their own backs'. A well made very expensive bike which is not delivering all that is promised. Be very wary

Thanks Rob. I am now trying to compete with two 'geared' Kalkhoffs and am being left in the shadows. It's very hard work and certainly NOT the enjoyable experience I was hoping for from the Ebikes experience! Thanks again for your comment.

Yes I totally agree with you. If it had a more powerful motor! I have queried the problem with 50 cycles and am not getting any answers. Do not reply to emails. I am certainly a lot fitter but it is a struggle and it is taking the enjoyment out of the electric bike experience.

the Agattu premium i360 Harmony is heavy and does NOT have a very good climb assist. In truth it is extremely hard work! In my opinion NOT suitable for the hills in South Devon.
