  1. I've got here a 6-month-old fantastic electric bike in an excellent condition. The RadRhino is a very powerful bike designed for all terrain. It benefits from a 48V 11.6Ah (556Wh) Panasonic Lithium-Ion battery, 750w powerful motor, 5 levels of assist and a full throttle. Not to mention the impressive monstrous tyres that give you a natural cushioning effect. I've had it for about 6-7 months and still has over a year on its warranty. Honestly, I've had several e-bikes, and this is by far the best. Very impressive indeed. I paid about £1500 for it and I'm offering it for £950 including a high-quality foldable Abus lock (retails at about £80) and a German-made Achilles anti-theft alarm (retails at £55 - and comes with 2x remote controls). I'm selling as I don't need to transport my little one on a bike anymore. Collect from Glossop, Derbyshire. Should you have any questions, please email/text/call me. Thanks! ------------------------- Specs: ------------------------- Falls into the L1e-A electric bike category Powerful 750W Bafang geared hub motor 48V 11.6Ah (556Wh) Panasonic Lithium-Ion battery rated for 800 charge cycles Total Payload Capacity: 125 kg 25 km/h top speed Estimated 40-70+ km range Half twist throttle and intelligent 5 level pedal assist Full LCD display including speedometer, wattmeter, and odometer Integrated headlight Front suspension fork with rebound adjustment and lockout 7-speed Shimano Acera drivetrain 180mm Tektro mechanical disk brakes 26" x 4" Kenda Juggernaut fat bike tires Bike Weight: 32 kg
  2. Too heavy for me, I'm afraid.
  3. I've got a similar condition - my eyes and bright sunlight are arch enemies. Cool outfit and helmet, BTW. Fantastic bike. Oh, a side note, you kinda look like my father in law.
  4. I did even have a left-right indicator on my bike and drivers still ignored that.
  5. Darth Vader more like it....
  6. I know!!! If I'm going to sell my kidney for a helmet at this price, it'd better look cool.
  7. I'm not sure cycling with a nice helmet and one kidney will be a good combination...
  8. LOL - I expected somebody would say that. But I'm afraid it's not that simple.
  9. I've never been a fan of bicycle helmets. Strangely, extra weight over my head makes me light-headed. That includes super light and heavy helmets. I hope I'm not the only weirdo out there. That said, my most pressing issue is finding a helmet that can also act as a hat. I'm photo-sensitive and tend to wear a hat whenever outside in the sun. I found a helmet that has a little cap on the front, but it wasn't near enough. Did anybody come across helmets that can also cover your eyes and face from the sun? Thanks!!
  10. Ah, the good old "I love upgrading"!! I had Kenda tires on my full-suspension mountain bike and they endured everything I threw at them. Still in a good shape. Given my e-bike riding style, I'm certain the current tires will be just fine and will last for a long time.
  11. The chart doesn't have the right measurements...
  12. Yes, the bike has adjustable/lockable 80mm suspension fork and I tend to leave it on at all times.
  13. My bike has 26" x 4" Kenda Juggernaut fat tires, I'm 83kg and my daughter is about 21kg. What's the best PSI For me alone, and for both of us together? 20 PSI is my current setting. I ride almost exclusively on paved roads. Thank you!!
  14. Yes, that was my initial impression. Is this you? What kind of e-bike do you have?
  15. Erm, gorilla tape is black, isn't it? I don't see how I can print on it. Am I missing something? (DIY newbie here).
  16. Yes, but they perhaps expect me to register and insure, which I won't. I honeslty don't see the point when the actual max speed is road legal. In practicality, for me, 250w or 1000w, the effect is pretty much the same. Thinking back, one of my older e-bikes had 350w motor and I rode it for two years, didn't even know it was illegal. I even sold it to someone who didn't drive, like me.
  17. I've got a certificate of conformity too - came with the bike, but as you see the wattage is printed right on the motor. No plates.
  18. Thanks!! I'll give it a shot. Do I need to spray the motor surface with clear varnish or something after the label has been applied?
  19. Sorry, I don't follow. Are you referring to the serial number or the wattage or both?
  20. Can I just print out (if I figure out how) an aluminium sticker with the same info printed on the motor? I don't think my supplier would provide me with a sticker, they're kind of uptight.
  21. I've seen these at Evans' Bikes. They looked pretty amazing. Congrats!!!
  22. As some of you might know, I recently purchased the Radrhino e-bike. It's a gorgeous and very functional machine. I had 4 e-bikes in my life and this is by far the best. It's like a tank with a sport-y mode. Anyhoo, is there a way I can camouflage the printing on the motor to read 250w instead of 750w? The bike is limited to 15.5mph and I don't think it's worth taking a risk for power I'm not actually using. I don't even like speed or using a setting higher than pedal assist 3 (the bike's got 5 levels of pedal assist).
  23. I went for the Achilles. It's pretty good actually, but kind of bulky. I had to orient it under the front of my seat, not the back, since I couldn't jam it between the seat post and the back rack. I like the fact that the light turns on as soon as you move the bike. It comes with two mostly aluminium remotes.
