Seems harsh Long time ,no post .I belong to my football clubs forum and have since it started in 1996 .You can imagine what that site could be like if not moderated properly ,even so this forum is kids stuff in comparison . I dont know what the two people have done on here but a life ban is harsh ,very harsh . On our footie site infractions are given which are temporary bans depending on the crime ,I have had many .A permanent ban is only imposed on those who fail to stop the posts which break the forums rules.

Me too ! We're in the sticks and our electricity ,oil and Calor gas bills are quite enormous .I am currently looking into Solar ,Heat Sourcing etc . I agree about the hype and Im sure there's some big rip offs for the unprepared . If we lived in a small town house I wouldnt bother as waiting for 10 plus pay back years isnt worth it and I've better things to spend my hard earned on . Seeing as our bills are around £10,000 per year its worth us looking into and I think I can get solar fitted for around £6,000.

Big Wet Pussy ? Whilst the site initially seems very informative.....it then goes on to find it was " surprised " to find where the bikes were built . The info on the Can stuff goes over my head and appears copied and pasted .To explain that stuff in laymans terms would of been better .The bikes are over priced and after reflection I think the authors to be condescending.

We've got about 3 inches here , the wife was hoping for a good six at least .

What did he think he was buying ? It wasnt branded Wisper even if it looks like one so why did he buy it? Are they cheaper than Wisper's ?If so it looks like he was trying to have his cake and eat it.Tough .His gripe is from when he bought it and nothing to do with Wisper .There's crap copy products on sale of every thing ,not just ebikes .If I bought a shoddy pair of trainers I'd take them back to the shop and ask for refund as theyre not fit for purpose.It wouldnt put me off trainers for life ! Dont give too much time to this guy,move on imho.I'd make sure that the Wisper and your dealers say some thing like " If it doesnt say Wisper on the frame then its not a Wisper " and " Whilst immitation is flattering ,it can leave you with an expensive mistake " or similar Get your lawyers to get them to remove all traces of your name and references to Wisper from their site.If not you could look for loss of earnings.The look of the bike you can do little about as discussed in previous thread on the same topic

Im no expert but it sounds to me like the throttle isnt working correctly.

Ive checked the Cyclone site and it looks similar.Cyclone are based in America ,maybe this is their manufacturer in China trying to go it alone? I know the rest of the bike is bought in for them to fit this motor.

The motor is quite noisy due the the chain system.Do you have any experience/knowledge good or bad of this type ?

My business partner ( we've fallen out ) was working with a Chinese manufacturer . It looks pretty good ,its powerful under throttle only .Not a one off I dont think.I'll try to send you a photo by email .Sorry to be thick ,chain drive ? On the right hand side the chain runs over and under two cogs after the main chainset.Is this what you mean?

Ive just had a stock take.In the dust filled back room I have found a bike that I have not seen before.I think my ex business partner has brough it over as a sample.Its a mountain bike with a central motor that has iTOPASIA writen on it.Ive searched by can not find where it came from.Any idea?

Hi Jackie Its not difficult to regsiter as trade for the bike show and then entry is free.This Thursday is trade day I think.Im not bothering going as you can look up the list of exhibitors on the cycle show website and get the info directly from the companies directly.

I thought that too Oldtimer I guess the electric tandem screwed up and/or they couldnt get two different e-tandems.The show is getting worse in my opinion . I see theyve added another attractive girl to the show,blonde ,slim ,ooo er ,I'll watch it again next week, just before Men and Motors

Theres electric tandems featuring I think. We did get a call from Channel Five about ours,due to a link on here .I did call but no one returned my phone calls. I wasnt worried as our tandem is still a bit work in progress and I didnt want the Freerider name in front of millions, just yet any way!
