  1. Thanks - ordered a new 42v I know the xlr pin 1 is positive and the spec of new charger matches
  2. Hi My daughters charger has stopped working so I went online to get her another but instead got confused. The bike is second hand and the charger they gave with it is a 29v 2A and the battery is 36v 10Ah. Looking around, it seems that 36v batteries have 42V chargers. Have they given me the wrong charger when I bought the bike? The family did have multiple bikes so it is possible they got mixed up. What charger should I order for a 36v lithium battery? 29v or 42v? Thanks
  3. Can I ask what freewheel you are using with this kit?
  4. Thanks, I will take a look at the Xiongda you suggest. Aliexpress for this? Clutching at straws - do you think it would be too much for the 160mm dropout frame if I were to tighten the bolts to handle a 135mm hub?
  5. I have bought a non functioning old ebike for repair and plan to buy a full kit to get it running again. The YosePower kits on ebay (350w) look ideal but I see that they are for 135mm dropout width. My frame rear dropout is 160mm and I have yet to find one for this size. I am sure that the frame can be tightened to fit but I worry it would put too much strain on the frame. Could a 135mm kit be used with spacers? The disc brake further complicates matters.
