  1. I bought a woosh rio mtb and was probably in a similar boat to you -I.e. Just wanted to ride to work in good weather- without breaking too much of a sweat that warrants a shower. I rode my rio woosh mtb to and from work [20 miles round trip] and can say that in the summer - you do break a sweat - not lots but heart definitely pumps - however - the ride is really fun and I found myself riding after work too and weekends just on local trips. I haven't mustered the courage to ride in the winter so the bike is in hibernation but maybe one day.
  2. So sorry to hear that Nealh. Glad you were unhurt. Sad to see nobody coming over to help or assist...degrading society comes to mind. Hope you get your bike fixed, up and running quickly
  3. Hi Artstu I am in a similar boat, I have a Woosh Rio MTB which has chunky 26in x 1.95in tyres but I mainly / only use the bike on road and so if there was something I could swap these tyres with that would offer less rolling resistance then that would be great, any suggestions?
  4. Thanks Marcus. I am aware that these items are available anywhere but I guess what I am asking is if anyone has already got a Woosh RIO MTB and if so, what add-ons they bought / installed. This is just for my own information so I can look to buy if the need arises.
  5. Hi All, I have just bought my first e-bike..Woosh's RIO MTB. I was just wondering if other owners could list any custom mods / parts they added themselves and how they found them. i.e. 1) phone holder 2) custom saddle 3) mud guards 4) tyres
  6. Sorry Woosh, I was more after the height denoted by the arrow on the attached. It is so I get a feel for dismounting the seat to stand over the bike at traffic lights etc. Edit: added the drawing with arrows, any idea what rough measurements to floor for the Red and blue arrows are? Would you say the blue arrow is more in line of where you would stand if you dismounted the seat and stood over the bike?
  7. Thanks. What about the measurement between top tube and floor?
  8. Hey all, Thanks to all for your help and guidance. So I am almost ready to place the order for the Woosh RIO MTB. I wanted to ask a few things to fellow owners of this bike.... 1) Does anybody lock the bike in a public place? If so what locks do you use and recommend? Do I have to lock the bike and wheels? 2) I saw some discussion on upgrading the mud guards on this bike, did anyone find a good set that would protect me whilst commuting in London? 3) I am not the tallest of riders (5ft4) and so was wondering if anyone knew the height between the top tube and floor? Thank you
  9. Hey guys, I wanted to start e-biking after spending alot of money on uber jump bikes and lime bikes in and around London. My commute will be mainly flat (9 miles one way) on London busy roads. My budget is £1500 but I am only 5 foot 4 (163cm) and although woosh bike shop is only a 45 minute drive for me, most of the bikes are for riders above 5 foot 8 and so no good for me. What would you recommend me?
