The Carro is worth more research. 50 cycles have a kalkhoff Agattu trike conversion, made in Norway second hand for £2,000. A good friend from Crook in County Durham is now 82. he finds his Raleigh Dover with Panasonic system brilliant for this most hilly area. He now wants a trike, low step through, light weight and with a crank drive system. Does anybody have such a machine? We would be very pleased to find out about it. A friend has an almost new (June 2012) Raleigh Dover step through bike to sell. it is the 3 speed hub gear version with an 8aH battery. This uses the Panasonic crank drive system. The bike has covered less than 100 miles and is in new condition. It cost £1,440 and is offered for £1,000 ono. Collect only from Crook, County Durham. Does anybody have a Heinzmann Plastic Black Box for 36v battery? I have the Innards, but would also consider a complete Heinzmann 36v NiCd battery in black box. I'm 6 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne. Thanks Snipenose

Hi Walkerman Further to my last message. It seems fair to offer a bit more, how about £20? Perhaps we could ride together on the two bikes, then have a swap around? Hi Alottmenteer, I imagine your Bafang kit is sold by now. If not, can you tell me about the bike its fitted to? ie, frame and wheel size, gearing and make, frame material... I have a Heinzmann kit but the controller has packed up. Maybe your battery and controller would work my 36v 500 w motor? As I'm in Newcastle, delivery would have to be by courier at my cost. Lots of choices just now but a heinzmann replecement new is so expensive. Best Wishes Snipenose

Is delivery possible via courier to newcastle, 200 miles away? Hi Amanda, So sorry about your dad, I lost mine in February too. As I'm 200 miles away and not in the best of health, would you consider having the bike sent to me by courier if the price was right?

I have a 36v Heinzmann Hub Kit on a Raleigh Touring Bike. Its brilliant when working!. The 36 v Ni Cad Battery and controller are combined in one case, obviously a few years old now, bought second hand. After several intermittent "Stops" when in use, the system has completely failed. The charger LED flashes "Accumulator defective". Does anybody have a replacement 36v NI Cad battey and controller for sale?. An alalogue thumb throttle would also be welcome.
