Hi I'm New Here
Hi Andy, hope you are better now after your covid experience. I have only started the ebike scene myself but am sure more established members will be able to help you with your need. Ride safe.

Petition to increase speed assist limit on E bikes
I am new to the ebike scene, only got my first ebike a couple of weeks ago, I am also a motorbike rider for many years, currently have a BMW R1200GS. IMHO I think it should stay as it is. If you want to go faster, get a motorbike. God forbid, any faster on an ebike without body armour, and if you have an accident, you are asking for trouble. I hear the argument that you want to match the speed of traffic but, every car driver will see you as a bicycle and even if you match the speed, will try and pass you at any opportune moment.

New to the ebike scene!
The GC has a rear hub motor Shengyi DWG22C. I am 6' 2" and heavier than you, you won't have a problem with the bike. True that you have to use the pedals for the steepest of hills but no matter what ebike you get, you will have to provide some sort of input from yourself. The bike looks better in the flesh. I would go for the 17A battery, it is better than what I was expecting.

New to the ebike scene!
You have not stated how tall you are, if you are 5' 8" or over then this would fit the bill: https://wooshbikes.co.uk/?gran-camino I just bought one. I cannot fault it, it really is impressive with excellent customer care. Will save you a lot of dosh too.

Any Woosh Gran Camino owners out there?
I did exactly the same thing, I must have pressed it when I was riding it, could not read the info about the button as no instructions came with the bike. You are so right, it does look so much better IRL. Does look a very nice bike indeed. Glad you're enjoying it as much as I am.

How to carry a 2nd / extra battery ...
This was suggested to me by egroover. https://www.amazon.de/Prophete-Gep%C3%A4cktr%C3%A4gertasche-Bike-schwarz-0604/dp/B018KLD58O/ref=sr_1_4?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&dchild=1&keywords=prophete+rack+bag&qid=1633038077&sr=8-4 In the end I decided to go for this one due to being a hard case and fits the battery on my Gran Camino fine: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B001VGH18G/ref=pe_27091401_487024491_TE_item They are both from the German big river.

Any Woosh Gran Camino owners out there?
I first enquired a few weeks ago and was told they would be ready mid November, I got a call on Monday that they had stock in to build one but I do not know how much stock they have, best thing is to email them direct.

I have just ordered my Gran Camino and will be getting it in a few weeks, very excited about it, cannot wait to try it out. Would also love to hear other riders of the bike in how they are getting on with it.

How to carry a 2nd / extra battery ...
Sorry to hijack your thread but I have searched for days looking for a bag for the rear rack to fit a Woosh Gran Camino battery with no look. I don't know if the OP is looking how to use two batteries at once or if he is like me, just wants to transport another battery safely on a rack?

Which one?
Hi all, I have posted before last year but being in and out of hospital I am back again looking for an ebike. Due to going into hospital for a massive operation, I need to get off my backside and start to loose weight and get a bit fitter, recuperation will be 6-12 months. I am 6' 2" and have my eye on these two: A Woosh Gran Camino: https://wooshbikes.co.uk/?gran-camino I really liked the look of the Big Bear that is now obsolete and this is probably a step up but I don't know. A Cyrusher XF900: https://www.cyrusher.co.uk/en/bikes/XF900 I probably think the Cyrusher may entail me in getting it insured for road use, which is no problem, I have a A1 motorcycle licence, don't know if that makes a difference. I do like it that it looks to have good suspension and throttle and that the tyres are huge so should be great on the UK roads/off road. Please let me know your valuable thoughts on them. Thanks and take care.
