Hi all got a question that really confused got a 850c display that i thought was not working so i bypassed it with programing usb stick all working tried the 850c display on another bafang bike it is working can anyone help or am i missing something pic attached of the cable i used to bypass it

just tested the throttle all good got to be the controller what do you think

meant to say when it was working yesterday i noticed when i realised the throttle the wheel was still going not fast probably about 2 to 3 mph if that helps

Hi Nealh just one of those cheap ones pic attached tested the battery all good no display just press the button on the throttle all lights up full charged showing output 54volts no issue with the battery all ready tested it on another bike i thought might be throttle issue as that is the ignition key but all lights up as i said but when i switch of the battery as i said in my first post tested it next day motor was running then swithched it off again then on nothing i think might be the controller?

Hi all got bike the other day with fault the back wheel spun out ripped the cables out manged to solder them back on all connected light turns on but no power to back wheel so switched the battery off came back the next day switched battery back on and it worked i said to my self great all working again switched it off put back on same issue not working has anyone came across this issue Thanks

Hi everyone just a quick question i have a 1000w hub motor wheel my bike is a giant trance x3 now at the moment it has a 7 speed freewheel on there but can only keep it in the second last gear my question is can i put a 9 speed freewheel on there as my bike is 9 speed before conversion

Hi all i have fixed my bafang 1000w motor all it was nylon gear thanks for everyone's help but i have come across another issue the throttle keeps staying on what i mean is when i press the throttle down the motor kicks in then when i realis it goes back to the off position but the wheel keeps spinning and without turning the display off it keeps doing it any one have any ideas what this is thanks

Hi all i found out what was the issue with my bafang 1000w mid drive it was the nylon gear when my friend took it apart he found out it was the nylon gear was stripped but i know there a different versions of bafang nylon gear can any one identify which one i have here is a picture

just took it apart removed the sealant on the hall sensor unplugged checked there were no bent pins slid in all the way then put all the wires back in still no luck same issue if you watch the video i posted the issue i think it is the nylon gear i heard this is a common fail as the peddals are not moving at all.this is my bafang can someone confirm i am on the right path thanks

Hi all i have a bafang mid drive motors i have tested the controller and the motor all working but back wheel is not moving battery has been tested as well the display switches on as normal no errors really stuck 8FUN BBSHD BBS03 48V 1000W Bafang Mid Drive checked the back wheel freeze up when pushing backwards if that helps
