Gray, I am sorry for my delay in reply but if you could email spares@freegoelectricbikes.com Macin will be very happy to help, are you near to the shop that sold you the bike? if so take it back and tehy will be able to resolve immediately, it is possible that with lack of use the forks have seized and if this is the case we will replace them immediately.   6. Just a quick thank you for kind words, My opinion is that, being a mechanical item it is inevitable that there will be problems but the most important thing is how we deal with the problems. I am very happy to talk to any FreeGo owner with or without a problem so please keep it coming!!

"Good Luck??" why would IzzyB need "Luck" Bob, it is my and FreeGo,s absolute commitment to resolve any issue that a customer has, it would seem that Izzy has been unlucky with her replacement charger and I will be sending out a replacement today. As we have many bikes in the market place there is an inevitability that we will have issues but as I explained to Izzy our absolute promise is to resolve as quickly as is physically possible, the "Luck" that has befallen Izzy is that she purchassed a FreeGo!!
  10. Thanks Steve, I am a bit concerned about the discs, all bikes go through a pre delivery inspection at the dealer, have you mentioned this to Peter?

Hi Steve, I have just spoken to Peter and he is very happy to have a look at the if it happens again, I do not know who said to disconnect the throttle but I will find out, the idea of FreeGo customer service is that our dealers are fully trained to sort any issues with the bikes so if anything happens then please take it back to the dealer. Hi, Thanks for the review on our Eagle, I am very sorry that you have been given the wrong manual, there is a useless Green coloured book that comes with the bikes that is a really dodgy chinese translation and even says that the bikes cannot be ridden in the wet!! absolute rubbish of course, you cannot ride them through 2' deep puddles but rain is no problem. WE have printed unique FreeGo hand books which include service history and information for our bikes, this is blue in colour and if you have not been given these by Kardinal then please let me know and I will forward them to you. I am delighted that you are happy with the bikes but should you need any further information or help then please do not hessitate to contact me of teh guys at Kardinal (Great Guys!!)

  15. Steve, I am happy that you have received your new bike and wish you many happy years of trouble free riding. I am shocked that we did not communicate effectively with you, the only thing that I can think of is that our 0800 number was faulty for some 6 weeks. It is our aim to resolve ANY issue that we may have with a customer and you are no exception. Thank you once again for the positive feed back.

Bruce? is that the Bruce that used to be "Big Cat" I believe that they traded aggressively from their shop in Southampton for a total of around six months then went bankrupt (what is they say about people living in glass houses?)
