    Hi, thanks for the reply, I know that the current confit is illegal and thought if the bike was changed to pedal assist with max assist of 15mph it would be ok and as I will not be belting around it would be ok, so I need to throw away the rear wheel, controller and grip twist and buy all replacements?

    Hi, I have been given a bike but the power keeps cutting out, I have a system LY48V1000W and would like to convert it to pedal assist, (for several reasons) which unit/controller should I buy to work with the Wheel 1000W and Battery that seems to be ok?
