I seem to be waiting for moderation. Is there something else I have to do?

I purchased the Kalkoff Pro-connect S in 2009 for £2815 from 50 cycles. It's been an absolute wonderful bike. And I've ridden around about 6000 to 7000 miles on it. I'm on my second battery Battery type: Li-Ion Capacity: 23200 mAh Voltage: 25.2 V Energy: 584.64 Wh However yesterday the drive stopped. I can hear the motor running, but there is no drive to the sprocket. I have looked at this page. http://www.flecc.uk/p/newpanunit.html and I haven't been brave enough to pull it to pieces. As there's that many miles on the motor I was wondering whether it will be sensible to put a new one on. And are they are still for sale. Question 1) Repare or replace? 2) Can you buy new motors and where from? 3) Is it worth uprating the system to a 36 volt system? 4) Should I buy a new cycle

I too have a Kalkoff Proconnect S, I purchased it from 50Cycles. Last summer I purchased a replacement battery from ebay. It seems to be working ok and came from "ElectroPapa" if that helps
