  1. Regarding change engine on the Classic. Is it possible to change it and then just plug it in and go? Or do I have to "activate" in some way? Skickas från min iPhone via DX8
  2. It is not a question of wich is most effective but a must if the knees is going to last. If you want to reach serious goals with biking and you want to sitt in the sadle for more than 2 hours frekvently. The candence must go over 85 rpm and 90-95rpm are a perfect goal. If going under 85 the legs will work harder and the knees will be suffering. I myself frekvently take rides around 100-200km with my roadbike and if I have low cadence it is my muscles that doing the work. With higher cadence it is more upp to my lungs and heart. And my knees hold up much better. This is if you use the bike as a workout tool. When crusing around it does not matter if you have low or high cadence. Skickas från min iPhone via DX8
  3. Then your lungs should get better. But you have to be in really god shape to benefit for 90-95rpm. But the goal when you go biking (no ebike) is to have 90rpm in cadence.
  4. Yes, I get stronger. But I loose my cadence. The ebike works well up to aprox 85rpm. But if you want to achive long distace on a std bike around 90-95rpm is ideal. Lower will make you use more muscle but the cost is bigger straint on the knees! So I have become faster because I get stronger. But I have to work harder to reach the right cadence to stay out of knee problems.
  5. Nice [emoji106] Skickas från min iPhone via DX8
  6. Managed to put in a Friday tour today. Mostley all forrest. Really fun biking. But I took a nosedive frome a wooden bridge. So both me and my bike fell right in to the mud [emoji23]http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160422/f647d95be05fab307762d260b8c30021.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160422/456fce172f1f5392e05d2c222faa1129.jpg Skickas från min iPhone via DX8
  7. Haibike has a really nice way to make both the engine and the battery blend in with the design of the bike!
  8. I have a Overvolt FS600. Was on my way to buy a FS500 because I like the Yamaha driveline. But I think a AM ebike should have beefier fork than the 32mm on the FS500. When I tried the new Bosch system I think it works really well. The FS600 have the new Bosch and a Fox 34 fork. And my dealer "fåglum" here in Sweden made a really nice deal on the FS600. Have used it 200km so far and I think this bike is the best buy I have ever done! After every bike ride I cant wait untill the next time I will be able to take a ride! I think the bike works really well. In hard terrain I the range is about 30km. But in ordinary terrain the range can almost dobbel. But there is a few things that could be better. -Brakes. The stopping power is ok. But the feel of the brakes could have been better. -Must get me a drooperpost!
  9. Spring time here in Sweden. Excellent weather! This is the only thing in the whole world I would like to do right now! http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160323/b1aef43caa89c3b290f5aa8ca2f0b406.jpg
  10. What is the problem? A 25km/h pedelec is the same as bike. If not it would need license.
  11. Yes, there will be some cleaning[emoji57] Dont know why they changed the swingarm? But I suppose the new one is a bit stiffer? The old one is probably more quiet tough.
  12. After waiting forever on my Haibike. And poor communication from my dealer I finally got to my senses and bougt me another ebike. I finally ended up with a Lapierre overvolt fs600. I first was in to Yamaha engine but the new Bosch performance line has really nice "grunt". So the Lapierre fs600 is with Bosch engine. 150mm travel Fox 34 fork and a Fox rear chock. I have been ridden it about 100km so far and I really love it!! [emoji3] This is going to be a nice summer [emoji846]http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160319/c6fac20203eedd41adba7d43d88720b5.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160319/7b7f054070c20622dc13248e896514bf.jpg
  13. I was out today. It was really nice weather. Sun was shining and aprox -8 deg. And no wind! But it is heavy riding on studded tyres and no assist! I hope my Haibike Sduro arrives soon! http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/16/01/17/d574f01b34107ac8a4def8afdf22e153.jpg
  14. Cool when the computer broke in two pices!! [emoji1]
  15. Really cool [emoji106] My first special built MTB had white tyres. It had a polished Easton frame with red anodised Hope hubs and a Marzocchi front fork. That was 20 years ago [emoji53]
