Large frame suggestions for BBS02 with wider rear wheel.

Featured Replies

I am looking for a large MTB 29er/700c non suspension bike frame that can accomodate the BBS02 motor that allows wider tyres at the rear. I am NOT looking for a fat bike but a sturdy hard tail frame that will take a 2.5" tyre or less rear wheel without breaking the bank.

New or used.

Thanks for any advice/help.

I am 6 foot and 224 pounds/101 kilos/16 stone.

Thanks in advance, Jem.

I am 17 stone and have a Cannondale Trail 6.

It has 2.1 tyres but has carried me over 2000 miles of rough trails and road without problems.

Was £350 from Evans cycles.http://www.evanscycles.com/products/cannondale/trail-6-29er-2014-mountain-bike-ec053947
