Nice ride today

Featured Replies

Me and the wife did a 32 mile ride today on our haibikes. I can't praise these bikes enough, well made and great styled bike. Rode round our local park for hours passing other cyclist with ease and sometimes twice on the circuit round the lake. Can't wait for batteries to recharge.

How big's the circuit?

I laugh most when I overtake going across a field, through long grass, like that video I put up earlier, when they're on the bike path. They look at you like one o'clock, half struck! :)

32 miles that's a long way.

Good looking bike.

Thanks, I think the haibike range look like standard mountain bikes, nice and neat especially with the Yamaha set up

From my house Clumber Park is about 4-5 miles to the lake side (the way we go) then the trip round the lake must be 4 miles, we did that 3 times then disappeared into the woods and just followed the tracks. I've actually been to places today I've never been before!! And I've lived here all my life. It's a great place to cycle round but the lake side run does get busy at weekends.

That's the most we've done but to tell you the truth, I could have turned round and done it again!!! It's actually a pleasure to go for a ride.....my last mountain bike did 57 miles in two years !!!!!! I've clocked up over 200 in 3 weeks..

Nice route and good distance. It's the same with my local country park. It gets real busy, also with lakeside runs at the weekend. Watch out for those pokemon hunters. I've started using the horse-tracks. They're bumpy with the hoof prints though. I'm glad that you're both enjoying them. :)

Pretty impressive. Make the most of this weather. I go ebiking year round, usually with my dog. We'll catch a rabbit, sooner or later. :)

After reading your post, i watched the vid expecting to see your dog to catch a rabbit.

#disappointed

Haha! we're working on it. But I don't think that he has much greyhound in him. He's been close a couple of times though. Maybe one day. :)

Yup, dogs have to be well quick to catch Thumper & his pals...

My Staffy has caught a few various species of wildlife..... sadly nothing i would want to eat though.

I've told him, only catch rabbits & grey squirrels, but he doesn't get it...... thick as sh** Staffies are.

Yeah, very lovable though. :)

I threw Jet's ball up the field one night, he brought this back. :D
