Maybe I've missed this as it may of already been covered. But is it worth me getting the Bafang USB lead..

And can the controller be programmed to do more..

This is my bike almost ready for the motor tobe fitted I've already purchased the gear sensor lead..

I've found the biggest improvement on a BBSxx, is to increase the 'Keep Current' setting. This setting is usually set quite low at the factory, and can massively improve torque on hills.

 

Of course, some BBSxx units are already custom programmed by supplying vendors, so the only way to find out how yours is programmed is by using the USB cable.

 

Well worth it IMHO.
