April 20, 20206 yr I suppose it all depends on how the motor is programed, if i were radiacally go to the highest gearing possible would the system still work nomally up hills then allow me to do my thing downhills? On the highest gearing I doubt It'll be able to get up hills.
April 20, 20206 yr Author It’s just an average racking up of the gearing by changing the 21 sprocket for a 16 it’s the equivalent of loosing the the lowest 2 gears and gaining 2 higher ones. Could always dig down to Gear 1 for steep hills that’s the old Gear 3 so no worries!
