August 3, 20205 yr I have rewired the motor from controller direct to motor pcb and tested the hall sensors and phase wires all test ok but still getting E42 ...Any ideas ?
August 3, 20205 yr Logically, it must be a fault inside the controller, like a bad solder joint, wire pulled off or short. I think the controller is potted, so not easy to test.
