Hi from Huddersfield

Featured Replies

We live in the hills above Huddersfield and being over 60 we are struggling with normal bikes.

I have had 2 knee replacements and struggled to get back doing regular exercises with running now out of the equation. We are looking to buy ebikes to assist us on the many hills around here. Been lurking a while to try and get information on what would be best for us but it’s difficult with so much choice out there.

I will post a request in the relevant area for advice.

With knees you may find a hub bike with a simple rotation PAS best, also grinding in high gears is bad for knees so one needs to keep spinning with a high cadence.
