KT LCD5 Display not showing speed

Featured Replies

Greetings,

Does anybody have the recommended settings to have the KT LCD5 display and 30ah controller on? It is currently riding fine but just not displaying the speed.

The controller and screen are fitted to a voilamart 1000w motor 26" rear wheel, 48v 24ah battery if that makes any difference.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Does the motor have an internal speed sensor or an external spoke sensor ?

The speed sensor is internal, it did work before when on the sw900 display and controller

Is the controller also a KT model ?

The reason for asking is scant detail is given so incompatibility is often an issue.

Yes, the controller is the KT 30ah sinewave.

The same thing happened when i set up a kit with LCD3 display but i just changed a couple of the P1 - P5 settings and it worked as normal. Just struggling to find the recommended settings that other people are using on the LCD5. Hoping that is the problem anyway

P1 46 and P2 1 or 6.

If still not getting a reading the speed sensor hall might be duff or the magnet is only one has come loose.
