December 15, 20241 yr Author He's not up to date with the latest research. That has shown that there are identifiable structures of the insect-to-be in the larval body content. Meaning that chemical metamorphosis is not as total as formerly thought and that physical memory from larva to adult form is not just possible, it's even likely. . December 15, 20241 yr I have only seen large drones like that a few times when I was in cancun/tullum. They were flown by a bunch of Americans. Every day for three weeks only at nighttime and 50 at a time? I'm now starting to get a picture of how shallow, you and Ghost1951 are when it comes to analysing events, so I'm not surprised that you come up with weird views and opinions on other events and situations. It's the logic that's missing - the same logic you need to analyse and diagnose ebike problems or anything.

December 15, 20241 yr Drones these days are kind of scary, especially when controlled by AI This is for entertainment, but can you imagine if it was on a war footing, and each was armed with an explosive. ADDS - I wouldnt believe any sort of speculation the US is coming out with. Remember last time it was apparently 'alien aircraft' only for those later to be discovered as just regular aeroplanes but filmed in heat imaging. When the heat image was changed to regular image, surprise surprise it was a normal aircraft. This is probably the US wanting to initiate a new law thus diluting peoples freedoms yet further - Its Iran, it's Russia, it's China - no its ******* One suggestion is that they want to restrict the use of private drones, which have a lot of freedom to fly in places that are uncomfortable for various institutions at the moment. I think this is a secondary goal. They cause a lot of hysteria, then propose the solution to restrict the use of private drones, and everybody cheers for it. The main thing seems to be a coordinated event between military and commercial drones. The US government placed a $500,000,000 contract with Stellantis to build very large drones for unknown purposes. I think they've brought in other stuff and mixed it up a bit to create a bit of a distraction from the real goal that could be anything. I also think all the drone sightings over the military bases, etc was part of the distraction.
December 15, 20241 yr "Then, a narrow "gutter" bike lane appears, which allows bike traffic to move off to it's own "bike" lane to the right, but fast moving car traffic is only inches away. At this point, the girl pulls over into the very narrow bike lane, and the Waymo starts to speed up to pass her. That's when she wobbles, wobbles, wobbles, then falls left, DIRECTLY into car traffic, RIGHT in front of our car. Thankfully, the car instantly swerves violently to the left. I'm confident that if a human were driving, she would be dead."

December 15, 20241 yr Every day for three weeks only at nighttime and 50 at a time? I'm now starting to get a picture of how shallow, you and Ghost1951 are when it comes to analysing events, so I'm not surprised that you come up with weird views and opinions on other events and situations. It's the logic that's missing - the same logic you need to analyse and diagnose ebike problems or anything. Grandiose delusions evident above I think. You also seem completely unaware of your own tendency to confirmation bias. It isn't shallow to be wary of my own biases. You seem to systematically sift out evidence that does not support your views. I am cautious about sources, their qualifications and credibility and try to stay on top of my tendency to grab 'evidence' which confirm my own views. I also have a strong suspicion of internet chat about conspiracy. I think that is very well founded. Most of it - probably 99% is total rubbish. As to the issue of the New Jersey Drones. I read an article this morning about the subject on the BBC news site. Not a source you would read I think - a problem of your own making. In it, I picked up an interesting clue. These drones have been seen around the Picatinny Arsenal, an important, top secret government research centre..... Clue? I think it may be. If the US department of defence is not involved in designing and testing military drones of all kinds and seeking ways to both disrupt them and to proof them against disruption by electronic means they are asleep on the job. It just happens that they have a research centre - bang in the middle of the area where these drones are being seen. If they were involved in drone research (which they must be) and if the drones being reported were their own, it would account for the shoulder shrugging and platitudinous remarks about the fact that the drones are harmless to the public.
December 15, 20241 yr On the matter of who is naive and who isn't.... The abhorrence of so called 'Main Stream Media', a tendency first emanating from the uneducated end of American society, is mixed up with a very long term tendency there among the un-educated, to be very suspicious of 'experts'. They think that experts are part of a plot to trick them - to deceive and take advantage of them. This is not a new tendency, but the advent of the Internet has given them massive coverage and they flock in their millions to sites where people who barely finished high school confirm one another's biases and concoct ridiculous scenarios. They also are completely determined to ignore and deny any other perspective. This development has created a whirlwind of rubbish and the ability for utter idiocy to take root. Sadly - it has also taken root among people who ought to know better.
